GEODIS completes first rail transport for KAPORAL between China and France
GEODIS manages the rail transport between Wuhan in central China and the city of Lyon in France for KAPORAL, the Marseille based designer jeans manufacturer. The first shipment left Wuhan by train, in June, and arrived at Venissieux-Saint-Priest near Lyon, having traveled 11,300 kilometers in 18 days, alongside the legendary Silk Road.

GEODIS and BUSHNELL have signed a new 4-year contract for all logistics services and flow management to more than 9,000 points of sale located in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This new contract strengthens the collaboration which began between the two companies in 2008.

GEODIS has signed a framework contract with Thales for the management of its transport and logistics operations in France. The agreement also covers the acquisition by GEODIS of all the shares held by Thales in TGFL (Thales Geodis Freight & Logistics), a joint venture providing bespoke logistics for players in the aerospace and defense sector.
