Announced VC pilots‘ strike on Tuesday, 8 September
The Pilot’s union Vereinigung Cockpit has announced strike actions for Tuesday, 8 September between 08:00 am and 23:59 pm (Local Time Germany) at Deutsche Lufthansa for freighter flights and also longhaul flights of Lufthansa Passenger Airlines. None of the flights operated by Austrian Airlines will be affected.

Tianjin Port Came to a Halt after Explosions
The explosion at Binhai Ocean Port in Tianjin on the evening of 12 August 2015 caused severe damage to many warehouses in the area and has caused all shipments in and out of Tianjin Port to be put on hold until further notice.

GEODIS joins the environmental organization Clean Cargo Working Group
Geodis reinforces its Corporate Social Responsibility policy by joining Clean Cargo Working Group (CCGW). Its members, global leaders in marine container transport, create and use practical tools for measuring, evaluating and reporting the environmental impacts of global goods transport. From 9th to 11th of June, GEODIS has participated to the bi-annual work session of CCGW in Rotterdam.
